Tenby Projects

This page is a welcoming space for people facing a variety of needs and vulnerabilities, including those related to health, wellbeing, financial hardship, loneliness, social isolation, learning disabilities and age related disabilities. Here, you’ll find projects from life skills workshops to community gardens —all designed to help build confidence, learn new skills, and connect with a supportive community. We believe in empowering people to overcome challenges and thrive.

This group is aimed at anyone, specially unpaid carers, who would appreciate some company while getting tips on healthy budget cooking ( and testing it) and the chance to try out a variety of wellbeing techniques in relaxed company. Community group newsletter

As part of my role with Tenby Town Council, I gather information for local clubs and organisations about each other’s events, about grants that may be useful, about training or anything else I find out about, or people pass on to me to be shared with everyone.
